Making real, lasting lifestyle and behavior changes isn’t a switch you can simply flip. It takes ongoing effort and support. I’m there to support you every step of the way.

  • Culinary Health coaching assists you in improving your self-knowledge and awareness about food and nutrition, setting personal goals, creating and maintaining new habits, and becoming your best self.

  • I’ll help you get clear on what you want, who you want to be, and where you want to go. Then we can develop a plan and schedule that aligns with your values and vision for your health goals.

  • Regular cooking takes time and effort, but when you add in the additional prep and ingredient requirements of a special diet, things can get exhausting pretty quickly. And typically you’re already tired from having health struggles. That’s why you chose to embark on a special diet to begin with! Not to mention that it can be boring to cook the same things over and over. I would like to help you feel understood, supported, and celebrated in all your efforts to heal yourself with diet and lifestyle.

  • As a culinary health coach

    I want to make sure we are optimizing nutrient density and listening to how your body is digesting, processing, and absorbing the food you eat. We’ll go into your diet in detail and discuss goals for your health and how we can work together to achieve those goals. I will give you personalized strategies and new ways to make your dedication to health more fun.

  • As a professional chef

    I’ll give you customized, scrumptious kitchen tips and a variety dishes for you to add to your healing culinary repertoire. You will start to feel excited and confident about your food choices and preparing wonderful meals for your self and or your family/friends.

  • As your culinary instructor

    If you decide to get more one-on-one instructions with cooking, I will help you to create beautiful and flavorful easy recipes that you can create at home. We will sit together and create a custom cooking class just for you and your specific health goals.

I help people relate powerfully to food, their bodies, and health — this usually leads to transforming and upleveling their whole life.

I help clients identify their own resources, get clear on what works for them as a unique individual, make their own choices and health goals that align with their values, and navigate challenges that arise in the process of them reaching their goals.

I do this by working in service for you, using my health coaching skills, and background in culinary arts.

My backstory is that I’ve had a lot of experience learning about self-care and health through my own health struggles and have been involved with nutrition, healing, health, and using food as medicine ever since I was diagnosed with a multitude of various auto-immune issues. I’ve gone through many cycles of health transformation, and I feel confident that through my own healing, I am now able to help you achieve your health goals.

My personal story of healing and health, through forgiveness, self-acceptance, progress not perfection, embracing my imperfections, and compassionate awareness deeply influences my unique coaching style.

I will guide you in integrating a healthful diet and lifestyle through the intentional approach of playfulness, creativity, mindfulness, compassionate self-talk, and a light-hearted attitude.

Through our work together, you will build the skills to have more freedom, enjoyment, power and ease with your relationship to food and health.
